Branko is a young man of 25, doing a dreary job as a pharmacist in the suburb of Tirana. He lives under the tutelage of his father, a socially respected oncologist, owning almost everything surrounding his sons life, including the pharmacy where Branko, in lack of any other job, is compelled to work. Branko does not have the power and the courage to gain an independence from the control that his father has over him. Branko starts to have an romantic relationship with one of Dr. Sokrat's employees; Sara, a young nurse. Accidentally or not, Sara enters between the tense relation of a father and a son. Filled with suspicion and doubt Branko gets trapped in the labyrinths of the secret life of his father and the girl he loves.
